Where we are

In November 2007, Mid Beds District Council granted outline planning permission for the King’s Reach Masterplan, Design Strategy and Design Codes. This has laid the foundations for the construction of more than 2,000 new homes along with other community facilities.

Funding for community facilities

It is important to us that King’s Reach becomes an integral part of the existing Biggleswade community and makes a positive contribution to its future. We have worked in close partnership with Central Bedfordshire Council to ensure the funding generated by King’s Reach is targeted where it is most needed and will be of greatest benefit to the community.
